Kidventures DC is a brand of day or half-day long fun educational activities just for kids. Most activities are designed for tweens, children between the ages of 8 and 12. Many Kidventures will be open to 6 and 7 year olds as well, however, children under 8 will be required to have a parent/guardian accompany them on the activity. Parent/guardian chaperones may be assessed a reduced fee to cover the cost of the tickets or other fees required for the activity. Kidventures can be DC museum based, Old Town Alexandria based or other local DC Metro area locations. Activities taking place in DC will have a designated drop off and pick up location at a Virginia metro station, an alternate DC drop off location may be available upon request.

How Kidventures Work
Based on the activity, Three Story Tellers will pick a location to meet parents and children at a specified drop-off time. Parents will drop their children off promptly at that time with the Three Story Tellers staff members conducting the event. Three Story Tellers will provide parents with a list of items to bring and to not bring to the activity. The Three Story Tellers staff members will conduct the activity and when the activity ends, will bring the children back to the designated pick-up location at the specified pick-up time.
